The Personal Affairs Menu contains information about who you are. The DUMPS options are simple ways to download information from the various menus into your terminal programs capture buffer so that you can read it off-line, free from connect charges. The Clear Personal History File option wipes out your Personal History, which otherwise accumulates from season to season.
